WHITEWATER ONE DAY COURSE
Our 1–day kayaking courses look at your basic skills. Connectivity, Posture, edge control, carving, trim effective forward paddling, speed, attentional focus, edge changes, angles. We use video analysis throughout the day. You will leave us with a personal paddling plan, and lots of skills to go and practise. We can guarantee it will be a safe, fun, active and challenging day out.

WHITE WATER TWO DAY COURSE
This 2–day intermediate clinic will be on grade 2 – 3 rivers, and is aimed at developing your foundation and core skills. We try to keep our coaching simple and straightforward.
We will be breaking down your paddling, often going back to basics, working on posture, connectivity, edge, power transfer, trim, torso rotation, attentional focus etc.

ADVANCED WHITEWATER THREE DAY COURSE
This 3–day Advanced clinic trip will be focused on driving the boat, timing, edge, trim Power transfer, identifying lines, putting our boat in the best place at the right time on the correct edge to make those lines, slowing things down, attentional focus rolling and lots more.
